Accounting Valuation Experts LLP, known as AVE Forensic, is a boutique accounting practice founded in December 2022 by female practitioners with a combined 70 years of experience. Its founders are chartered accountants and fellows of the ICAEW. The firm operates as a small, dedicated team of senior practitioners, and describes its model as combining the flexibility and responsiveness of a small firm with the quality of expertise associated with large professional services firms.

The firm provides expert witness services, acting as experts in litigation, international arbitration and expert determinations on accounting, financial and valuation issues. Its technical work spans forensic accounting, damages quantification, financial valuation, asset and fund tracing, accounting disputes, and post-M&A completion accounts and earn-outs. This includes assessing lost profits and business value, tracing funds and assets, and giving valuation and accounting advice.

AVE Forensic supports clients throughout the course of a dispute, from early views on damages through mediation and settlement discussions to formal expert appointments. Its work covers cross-sector disputes across multiple regions worldwide, with particular exposure to the legal and dispute resolution and mergers and acquisitions sectors.
